We want you to love your new piece of jewelry. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange process to ensure you’re happy with your order.
Return and Exchange Eligibility
- Items must be unworn and undamaged, in their original packaging.
- We cannot accept returns for personalized items or final sale items.
- For items damaged due to normal wear, we offer a repair service within 60 days.
How to Return or Exchange
- Contact us at returns@glimmejewelry.com within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange. In subject please use "Return/Exchange Order ###".
- Items must be shipped back within 10 days of initiating the return.
- For international returns, customers are responsible for shipping fees.
Refund and Exchange Options
- Choose between a refund to the original payment method (minus a $5 return label fee) or store credit with free return shipping.
- All exchanges are free, and we cover the cost of shipping your new item.
Warranty on Damaged Pieces
If your jewelry suffers damage from regular wear within 60 days, we'll fix it for free. Click for more on our warranty.
Lost Packages:
We are only responsible for packages lost in transit to their destination. If your order is marked as delivered but is misplaced at the final destination, we cannot replace your order. Please double-check your delivery address.

Received the Wrong Item or Size?
Mistakes happen, and we’re here to help! If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, contact us with your name, order number, email, and photos of the product. We’ll guide you through the process of returning or exchanging the item.
