Jewelry Warranty & Repair Policy
At Glimme, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade jewelry. We understand that accidents happen, which is why we offer a comprehensive warranty and repair service to ensure your jewelry stays beautiful. Please review the details of our warranty and repair process below.
Our Warranty
Our pieces come with a 60-day warranty, covering normal wear and tear at no additional cost. What’s Covered:
- Chain disconnecting from the clasp/jump ring
- Chain breaking in the middle without force being applied to it
- Stones falling out
Our warranty doesn't apply to items damaged by force, like accidentally pulling on the chain, breaking it, or using excessive force. These count as items with wear beyond the norm and are not covered by the warranty.
Submitting a Warranty Request:
- Email warranty@glimmejewelry.com with the subject: “Warranty Request - Order #xxxx”.
- Provide clear photos of the issue, along with your order number.
- We’ll review your request and repair your jewelry free of charge if the damage is covered under the warranty.
