Domestic Shipping:
- Free shipping is available on domestic orders over $60.
- Please allow 5-14 business days for us to process and ship your order, as each piece is carefully handcrafted with love.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
International Shipping:
We proudly ship worldwide! However, due to global shipping delays, international orders may take longer than expected. Please review the details below:
- Allow up to 5 weeks for international orders to arrive, depending on carrier and customs delays.
- Orders will typically be processed and shipped within 5-14 business days.
- Note: We do not offer exchanges on international orders, but we do accept returns. Contact us if your package has not arrived after 5 weeks, and we'll assist you.
Additional Information:
- Shipping times are estimated and may be affected by holidays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
- Customs fees, duties, or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
- Incorrect Addresses & Deliveries: We are not responsible if the address entered is incorrect or if the package is marked as delivered but has not arrived. Clients will need to cover the shipping costs again if the package is returned due to an incorrect address.
- Processing Time: Every order takes 5-14 business days to ship out. This does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or shipping time via Post Mail. Most of our pieces are made to order, which may extend processing time slightly.
